Shipping Policy

The two stages below explain when an authorized order is prepared and when the carrier is transporting it.

Preparation before dispatch

Successful payment authorization starts a usual processing period of 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated carrier travel is 4–6 business days. Weekends and relevant holidays sit outside these estimates, and circumstances in transit can move the arrival date.

Delivery information

Check the complete shipping address before submitting checkout. A tracking record may not update immediately. Severe weather, service interruptions, customs where relevant, remote delivery areas, and incomplete information can cause additional time.

When a parcel needs investigation
