Permitted use and catalog details

Do not attack, disrupt, scrape unlawfully, or otherwise abuse the storefront. Product text, images, options, availability, and prices are maintained with care, though normal screen or packaging variation can occur and obvious errors may be corrected.

Purchase requests

Submitting checkout creates an offer rather than unconditional acceptance. Stock, payment authorization, address accuracy, taxes, delivery charges, fraud review, and fulfillment capability remain relevant; a legitimate issue can require refusal or cancellation. After-sales terms

Under the Refund Policy, defective and non-defective new merchandise can be returned and exchanges are accepted. Non-defective goods must be new, unused, and in original condition, and the request window is 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved postal returns use the free prepaid label placed in the package without a restocking fee. We process and initiate an approved refund to its original payment method within 10 days, while financial-institution posting is separate.
